Introduction

This delicious creamy dish is a delight with each mouthful. The possibilities are endless with the combinations, but our fav is made with Arborio rice, cooked with wine and stock until creamy and mixed through bacon, mushrooms and loads of parmesan.

  • 250g chestnut mushrooms, sliced

  • 300g risotto rice

  • 1l hot chicken stock
